THE VESSEL WAS ORIGINALLY BUILT 1951 AT PHILIP AND SON, DARTMOUTH FOR
THE TRINITY HOUSE LIGHTHOUSE SERVICE, WHO HAVE BEEN THE OWNERS TILL THE EARLY 90'IES.




PRESENT OWNERS BOUGHT THE VESSEL IN THE UK, TOWED HER TO THE NETHERLANDS
AND HAVE DONE A COMPLETE REFIT/REFURBISMENT AND TURNED THE VESSEL INTO A RESTAURANT


   

THE VESSEL WILL BE DELIVERED WITH 2 GANGWAYS SUITABLE FOR WHEELCHAIRS AND A SHORE INSTALLATION,
ASWELL AS 2 SPUDPOOLS WHERE SHE IS PRESENTLY ANCHORED .

THE OLD CREW ACCOMMODATION HAS BEEN TURNED INTO A BAR AND RECEPTION AREA,

THE LIGHTHOUSE HAS BEEN RESTORED INTO ITS ORIGINAL FUCTION
AND THE LANTERN IS WORKING  AS WELL AS THE ORIGINAL FOG HORN..


   


THE VESSEL COMPLIES FULLY WITH THE LATEST HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS FOR RESTAURANTS.

   

THE OLD ENGINEROOM IS NOW THE ROOM FOR THE NEW ELEVATOR
AND A FULLY EQUIPPED  KITCHEN HAS BEEN INSTALLED TO CATER FOR APPROXIMATE 125 PERSONS.

kitchen, washkitchen and 4 crewcabins. Central heating.
